Direct Carers Surveys & Feedback

We will be sending out another survey to service users to ensure that we are delivering everything we promised from the feedback of the last survey, We use the information gained from these surveys to improve our service and ensure we are meeting the needs of all our service users and their family members.

We are also sending a survey out to out staff members again, it is really important that we understand how you feel so that we can support you and ensure we are giving you as many tools as possible to deliver the best possible care to our service users.
Similarly, the information will assist us in our recruitment process and decision making when introducing new roles and responsibilities and accountability for this so you constructive feedback would be much appreciated.
This one will be of particular importance because we have made some significant changes to the operations and we are hoping that this has made everyone’s life a little easier.
